HAPPY ENDINGS

Winner of at the 2017 Young British Foodie award for Baking, Happy Endings is the playful dessert brand founded by pastry chef and chocolatier Terri Mercieca. It is also one of the ten food traders at ‘The Kitchens’, Nuno Mendes’ newly installed collective of London’s best young and creative chefs in the central hub of Old Spitalfields Market.

Happy Endings has already gathered a cult following over the years for their creative range of ice cream sandwiches, with creations such as ‘The Naughty One’ - Salted caramel and miso parfait between fine layers of chocolate Guinness cake.

The menu at ‘The Kitchens’ features ice cream sandwiches, as well as Soft Serve, hot desserts, Italian hot chocolate with Olive oil marshmallows and boozy ice cream floats.
