ISTANBUL COMES TO MARYLEBONE WITH THE OPENING OF YOSMA

YOSMA, a new restaurant and bar, will be opening in Marylebone this August that will bring together the three pillars of Istanbul’s social and eating out culture - meyhane, mangal, and seafood from the Bosphorus-adjacent restaurants of the capital city - all under one roof. Designed by Afroditi Krassa, Yosma’s contemporary interior is inspired by Istanbul’s vast history and features an open kitchen with mangal grill and counter dining, restaurant and raki lounge bar with cocktails created by Matt ‘Talented Mr Fox’ Whiley. Hus Vedet, of Turkish heritage and previously of Jamie Oliver’s Barbecoa and 2 AA Rosette Caxton Grill, will be head chef.
