EXPERIENCE AN EXCLUSIVE COLLABORATION AT LITTLE BLUE WITH CAMBRIDGE DISTILLERY GIN

London Cocktail Week is a celebration of the capital’s most inventive and innovative cocktail makers. Joining the roster of the city’s best bars this year, Little Blue at The Peninsula London will introduce a 90-minute experience for The Connoisseur's Collection, a programme of luxury cocktail events and limited specials, from 3rd - 13th October.

The bespoke experience, created for the festival, is priced from £60 per person (excluding service), with just ten tickets available each day from 6.30pm - 8.30pm via SevenRooms here.

Guests looking for a one-of-a-kind evening will be guided through an immersion to British gin by Head Mixologist at The Peninsula London, Aude Fraisse. Showcasing the hotel’s exclusive collaboration with Cambridge Distillery, the event will include a welcome drink followed by an introduction and tastings of three bespoke gins with three specially crafted cocktails, served alongside a dim-sum platter from adjoining fine-dining Cantonese restaurant Canton Blue, created by Chinese Executive Chef, Terry Wong.

Little Blue pays culinary and aesthetic tribute to the maritime trade routes linking China and Britain. Both the drinks and decor take inspiration from trade ship the Keying Junk - with a cocktail menu designed to take guests on a journey from Canton to London via Saint Helena’s Island, Cape Town and New York. Valued above all else; craftsmanship, elegance and attention to detail are expressed through modern cocktails and unrivalled service. Each cocktail is perfectly crafted to excite and playfully, yet pleasantly, challenge even the most discerning of palate.
