LYANESS: THE FIRST 3 PIN BAR AT THE PINNACLE GUIDE

On the 2nd of October 2024, The Pinnacle Guide revealed its second round of pins, and we’re delighted to announce that Lyaness has made history as the first bar globally to receive the coveted 3 PIN status - the equivalent of 3 Michelin stars in the bar industry.

Located in London’s iconic Sea Containers hotel, Lyaness is owned by award-winning bartender Ryan Chetiyawardana, and is known for its creative use of ingredients and groundbreaking techniques, such as parallel fermentation and cryogenics.

They have redefined the modern bar experience, seamlessly blending cutting-edge processes with thoughtful storytelling in a relaxed atmosphere.
