One of the UK's most loved brands, we worked with the Ottolenghi group from the launch of their first ‘grown-up’ restaurant, NOPI, in 2011, and have managed all aspects of their PR and communications to September 2024. This has included their restaurant and deli launches, profile raising for Yotam and his supporting chefs, Christmas campaigns and product launches, as well as wider brand storytelling.
We were instrumental in the development of the brand’s Instagram, TikTok and YouTube channels, introducing video content in a variety of formats and managing their marketing strategy as they expanded out of lockdown.
We developed their tone of voice for the brand and its sites, trained their in-house team and handed over management of the accounts in mid 2024.
