Since launching the restaurant in 2018, we have been the go-to support for Nieves Barragan and the wider team at Sabor across multiple disciplines; from hosting press on a trip to Galicia and launching La Mesa, to arranging residencies for Nieves at Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk and Peligoni in Greece.
In 2024, we created a new style of Instagram video content for Sabor in order to communicate the vibe of this buzzy Spanish restaurant without detracting from the seriousness of its Michelin-starred food. We also created two videos to bookend Nieves’ speech at Gastromasa in London in 2024.
